Arfan has been in the online gambling industry for more than five years. During this period he gained extensive knowledge in performance marketing and the intricacies of the industry. 

You seem like the kind of guy that can land a job at any company. What made you decide to team up with Casino Dukes? Which aspects of the operator makes it shine in any industry that's notoriously overcrowded?

I have a strong background in performance marketing, having worked for a number of igaming operators in the past. In regards to Dukes, one of the things I liked most when joining the team: Casino Dukes embraces change! By that I mean, the team continuously look for development to further enhance user experience based on feedback from players, affiliates, and partners. There is no magic recipe, but an operator who listens to his players and caters for their needs is in my books a step ahead of the market.

The operator carries a duel license, as such it might confuse players? Why does it operate under two licenses: one by the UKGC and the other by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta? How much does a license cost and what significance does a license in these jurisdictions hold for the casino?

The licensing was initially acquired from the gaming authority in Malta, although we did not operate at the time in the UK we felt there was a demand from UK players for something new, innovative and fun. Hence the creating of the Casino Dukes Brand.

We acquired a UK license from the UK Gambling Commission to operate in the UK, and we take compliance very seriously. The significance of a UK license illustrates in the specific licensing requirements for remote operators, including technical standards, and providing annual security audit reports. This provides players a piece of mind knowing the Casino operates in a safe and regulated environment.

Saucify underwent a rebranding from BetOnSoft which has been an active and established provider in igaming software market for years. To be honest, Casino Dukes has had a very soft launch. We have not aggressively targeted players in the UK, unlike some of the bigger operators. We believe we offer players unique games and a unique experience, which differentiates us from other competitors.

The UK market is indeed saturated, but we believe there is a demand for something different, something unique. And this is where we come in place. The UK player is familiar with the Microgaming and Netent slots.

He has built a business portfolio from scratch, yet he still refuses to upgrade his old car and lives a modest life. That to me is very inspiring, and has taught me to work in excess but live within means.
