South Park is a 5 reel, 25 payline progressive video slots based on the popular sitcom South Park. It features a host of wilds, animated missions, scatters, free spins and a total payout of 1,250,000 coins.
The sitcom South Park first hit the small screen in 1997 since then it has attained a huge following. South Park slots is just as exhilarating as the animated series, even the audio is the same. I’m not surprised in the least that Net Entertainment decided to go this route.
The icons that play off across the reels are the infamous foul-mouthed foursome: Stan, Cartman, Kenny and Kyle. An added feather in its cap is that other cast members Mr Garrison, Butters and Ike also grace the reels when a winning combination is formed. Symbols such as 10, J, Q, K and Ace appear too. The slots is jam-packed with features unlike any slots we’ve seen in a long time. Are you going to come on down to South Park?
You can wager from as little as $0.25 up to a whopping $250 per spin. The slots features 10 Levels starting with 1 to 10. You coin value ranges from $0.01 up to $1. If you’re a low roller you can decrease the level as you deem fit.
There are four bonus features, each based on the 4 main characters. If you hit the Bonus symbol on reels 3, 4 or 5 it triggers one of the four main characters. Let’s assume you trigger Stan’s Bonus Game on reel 5. You will receive 10 free spins. When the sticky wilds appear across the reels Stan pukes on Wendy. Only one bonus game can be triggered at a time. However, whilst the bonus games are active Mini-Features can appear randomly. The
Kenny Bonus Game
Your mission in this bonus game is to help Kenny negotiate the streets of South Park. You must help him to navigate the Win, Multiplier and Danger zones avoiding falling planes, cars and manholes. Kenny has 3 lives. If you’re successful you’ll receive extra coins and multipliers. The max payout in this bonus game is 139,000 coins. If you guide Kenny safely across all the zones additional coin prizes are won.
Kyle Bonus Game
The Kyle Bonus Spins feature awards 10 free spins. Keep your eye on the the Ike (baby) wild on reel 5. When Kyle kicks Ike into touch, at the bottom of the reels Ike will bounce onto 1 of the 5 options activating one of the following prizes: random multiplier from 2x up to 10x, additional coins and 3 extra free spins. If you wager the max bet you can win 300 times your stake which translates into a win of £37,500, not bad at all.
Cartman Bonus Game
This is the last bonus feature and my favourite. You must flush out the hippies in the bushes armed with only a fire extinguisher. In total there are 8 bushes, aim at them with the fire extinguisher to reveal hidden cash prizes and x2 multipliers. The trick is you must avoid the policemen at all costs, otherwise the bonus game ends if caught.
The Cartman Bonus Game offers a max payout of 1,250,000 coins or up to $£625,000 if you wager the maximum bet.
The buck doesn’t stop here. South Park slots has a few Aces hidden up its sleeve which are randomly activated in the base game. They offer extra wins that include the following features:
Mr. Hankey Mini Feature: On each spin Mr Hankey jumps from one symbol to the next turning them into wilds.
Terrance and Phillip Mini Feature: This infamous duo offers 3 and 5 Wild symbols randomly on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels.
Cartman Mini Feature: When the Beefcake wild mode falls on the 3 middle reels it creates a block of 3×3 wild symbols, offering huge payouts and multiple payline combinations. The Cartman mini feature only appears on the 2nd and 4th reels.
In summary. South Park video slots is a fun and entertaining game that will appeal to lovers of its sitcom namesake. I might add that wins can be far and few in between since it’s a progressive slots. Aside from its colourful graphics and vibrant characters the main attraction is the Kenny and Cartman Bonus features. If you manage to trigger either of them you’re definitely going places.[addtoany]
